I am the 'Karate Kid' of shopping

Today was relaxing. Well, this morning was. I took the girls to school, came home & did a chore or two. Brad & I went to Home Depot & wandered around for about an hour & a half...I bought the paint for our bathroom & the cobweb broom I couldn't find anywhere!

Stopped at Wal-Mart to get some fever medicine, & a few other things. Found the missing piece for Teagan's 'dead bride' costume, but it was missing two pieces & they wouldn't even mark it down even though I couldn't find another one. They expected me to dig through 3 FULL carts to find what was missing even though I didn't want it. So, I passed.

Picked up Layla, checked on Teagan...school nurse called while we were out. She was fine & finished the day.

Layla & I went to the mall specificly to Journey's to find Teagan a pair of hot pink Chuck Taylor's. Found them at FootLocker instead. I found 2 Xbox games for Brad at the game store...Buy 2 get 1 free, well one won't work...oh well.

Shoe Pavillion in the mall here is going out of business, & I found a pair of brown Steve Madden boots I really wanted, but couldn't bare to spend $40 when I'm only going to get 10% off that price. That just takes the tax off & then adds it back on!

BUT, I did find a pair of Seven Jeans!! The tag said $19.99 so I was all stoked! But she said that the tag was wrong & that they were $9.99!!!!! Can you imagine my giddiness then? I proudly swiped that Visa on the spot!

I have NEVER, EVER paid full price for any of my designer duds! My girlfriends are in such total awe when I tell them the deals I find!

That is why I proudly say that I have a Black Belt in shopping!
